Indianapolis Public Library Fort Ben Branch Ribbon Cutting / Grand Opening
Schedule of Events:
9:30am: Circle City Sidewalk Stompers will perform outside to entertain the public as they wait for our doors to open (weather permitting).
10:00am: Fort Ben Branch opens to the public
10:30am: Speeches and ribbon cutting followed by cake and refreshments
11:30: Performance by Bruce Valence and the Top Groove Alliance
12:00-2:00: Face painting with “Cinamon” the Clown available
1:00-3:00: Silly Safaris Animal Meet and Greet (drop-in activity)
2:00pm: Poetry reading courtesy of The Poet’s Laureate from Arts for Lawrence
3:30pm: Performance from Ballet Folklorico Mosaicos
