Cohron’s Manufactured Homes is a family-owned and operated business that was established in 1955. We are now bringing in the third generation to help in the operation. We own six manufactured home parks in the Lawrence area: Briarwood, Briar Creek, Quail Creek, Post Acres, Parkwood, and Greenbrier. We offer neighborhoods for the senior group, empty-nesters, and three of the neighborhoods are family oriented. Cohron’s is located in a prime section of suburban Indianapolis.
